About Rootsmonic Sound
Rootsmonic Sound began as a YouTube channel under the name "Sompicollector" — a platform dedicated to AI-generated reggae music, specializing in roots reggae, riddims, dub music and conscious reggae mixes.
What started with individual tracks quickly evolved into full riddim projects, reggae mixes and a growing artist bank built around unique voices and original characters. Every production is crafted with deep basslines, warm analog textures and meaningful lyrics — inspired by Jamaican sound system culture while adapted for the modern era.
Alongside riddim mixes, Rootsmonic Sound also creates standalone singles, dubwise sessions and exclusive projects such as Rootsmonic Singles and Dubwise Flow. After spending time on Bandcamp, the project was eventually removed due to changing AI-related platform policies. But the vision never changed: to create authentic reggae energy using new technology without losing respect for the roots.
From heavyweight dub pressure to soulful roots vocals, every selection is made
with passion, atmosphere and identity. The sound is modern, yet deeply connected
to the foundation of reggae music.
